1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using IconVault, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Icon Licensing & Usage
When you acquire icons through IconVault, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them in personal and commercial projects (e.g., websites, applications, and designs). However, you are strictly prohibited from reselling the raw icons, distributing them as your own, or creating a competing icon library using our assets.
3. Credits & Subscription Rules
IconVault operates on a credit-based system. "Pay-As-You-Go" credits never expire and remain in your account indefinitely. "Pro Pass" subscriptions grant daily credits that expire at the end of each day if unredeemed. All credits and purchases are non-transferable between accounts.
4. User Accounts & Security
You are solely responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access IconVault. Any activities or actions under your account are your responsibility. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IconVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising out of your use or inability to use our platform or assets.
